This guide will walk you through the steps for navigating our wholesale ordering system. Please follow the instructions based on your account status.

with the subject line "Urgent Support Needed" or call 1 877 499 7999. While we strive to return calls as quickly as possible, email is preferred for faster service.

Section A: Creating a New Wholesale Account*

1. Send an email to orders@urbanpoling.com to request a new wholesale account.

2. In your email, please include your Company Name, Contact Name, and Business Address. This helps us assign you to the correct pricing tier.

3. Once we review your details, we will manually create your account and send an Account Invite to your email address.

4. Open the email and click the activation link to set your password.

5. Once activated, your preferred pricing will be live immediately, and you can proceed to Section B to place your orders.

Section B: Placing an Order from Existing Account

1. Log in at https://urbanpolingwholesale.com/ by clicking the "head" icon in the top right corner.

2. Enter your email and password.

If you forgot your login details, refer to your "Welcome to UPI B2B Ordering" email or reset your password.

3. If prompted, enter the 6 digit security code sent to your email.

If you have forgotten your email and password, you can refer to your original “Welcome to UPI B2B Ordering with UPI Wholesale Store!” email and click on “Go to Account”.

4. Browse the wholesale menu and add products to your cart.

  • Accessories are sold in bundles of 5
  • Check minimum order requirements for free shipping eligibility
Please place your order by specifying the quantity for each SKU/item. Preferred pricing will be applied accordingly. Note that accessories are sold in bundles of 5, and please be mindful of the minimum quantities required to qualify for free shipping (if applicable).

Click "Add to Cart" and then the shopping cart icon in the top right corner.

Please take a moment to verify that your shipping address is accurate or edit as needed.

Please choose the payment method and click the “Complete Order” button.

6. Click "Complete Order" to finalize your purchase.
